EMO Trans Poland Sp. z o.o. operates on the basis of the Polish General Forwarding Rules 2022 (OPWS 2022), prepared by the Polish International Freight Forwarders Association (PISiL) based in Gdynia, available at the link below.
By placing an order or accepting an offer, the Customer confirms that prior to entering into the contract they had the opportunity to review OPWS 2022, have read their content, and accept their provisions.
