How U.S. Government Shutdown is Affecting Cargo

FlyingTypers recently interviewed Brandon Fried, Executive Director of the U.S.- based Airforwarders Association if and how the current U.S. government shutdown is impacting his members. EMO Trans representatives have noted some delays in clients obtaining licenses, as well as some delays in Customs and Border Protection (CBP) getting confirmations from other government agencies (such as OFAC) when they have product or license questions.
