The Netherlands Reports Sharp 10-Year Increase in Net Trade Surplus

Between 2006 and 2016, the total Dutch trade surplus rose from 33.6 to 52.1 billion euros, for an increase of 55% (79% if re-exports are excluded.) Dutch-produced goods contributing to the trade surplus include agricultural goods and chip equipment. (Source: Statistics Netherlands)
