Warburg Pincus, a New York-based private equity firm, is forming a joint venture to develop industrial properties in Vietnam. Experts at the company believe that the logistics and industrial real estate market in Vietnam is in the ‘early innings’ and at an ‘inflection point for outsized growth.’
