A number of Singapore’s top ship owners have said that they are ready for the transition to the IMO 2020 low sulfur fuel requirements. The list includes BW Group, Maersk Tankers, Pacific Carriers Ltd, AET, and Pacific International Lines (PIL) – all named at a recent industry seminar on IMO 2020.
