Canadian Pacific Railway (CP) is currently experiencing events of Force Majeure as a result of the withdrawal of labour services by members of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC) – Train & Engine. The TCRC represents Canadian conductors and locomotive engineers. Given the work stoppage by the TCRC, CP is implementing a full shutdown of its operations in Canada.
