Pre-Alert
Documents are required in advance to avoid fines as follows:
- Air shipments: 2 working days before flights arrival at the latest. Please send documents to our e-mail: airprealert@emotrans-chile.cl
- Ocean shipments: 8 working days before vessel arrival as a deadline. Please send documents to our e-mail: oceanprealert@emotrans-chile.cl
Required documents
- Airfreight: MAWB, HAWB, shipper’s invoice and packing list, certificate of origin (if it applies), origin office invoice with profit share.
- Seafreight: MBL, HBL, shipper’s invoice and packing list, certificate of origin (if it applies), origin office invoice with profit share. MBL has to be WAYBILL or released original in Chile.
