According to one key source, China’s demand for fruit and other perishables is not expected to diminish any time soon. “If all the fruit produced by Europe was exported to China, it would only meet 16% of demand – this is a very big market.” Despite this demand, space is tight between Europe and China, and strategies are needed in order to offer faster services (source: the Loadstar.)
